the tour guide i hired via the hotel staff was a scam artist. our time in this location was really soured with him. i would not go with this riad again.

i stayed for a few nights and it was a rather beautiful experience. the room featured lovely bedding and complimentary toiletries. the breakfast offered a variety of choices and was sat in picturesque surroundings. the hotel provided free water, a detail i found rather appreciable.
the breakfast was not up to par with expectations. the spa experience was not relaxing because of the personnel and guests noise. i found the restaurant options to be only adequate, not really good.

This hotel impressed me! the staff were always ready to help. i loved the rooftop pool, it was heated and had such a relaxing vibe. our room was upgraded. It included cozy dressing gowns and slippers, such a nice touch. the indian restaurant served tasty food, i enjoyed it very much.
the tour guide i hired through the hotel seemed a bit overpriced.

i experienced no hot water one morning. this happened three days in a row, and the water was lukewarm. i expect better from a hotel at this price point. i found the front desk staff passive-aggressive and condescending.
