tour guide scam artist
the room was quite spacious and it had two bathrooms. that aspect was acceptable.
the tour guide i hired via the hotel staff was a scam artist. our time in this location was really soured with him. i would not go with this riad again.

This hotel impressed me! the staff were always ready to help. i loved the rooftop pool, it was heated and had such a relaxing vibe. our room was upgraded. It included cozy dressing gowns and slippers, such a nice touch. the indian restaurant served tasty food, i enjoyed it very much.
the tour guide i hired through the hotel seemed a bit overpriced.

junior suite terrace view hotel presentation
i received an upgrade to a junior suite. the suite included a terrace with a view. the hotel presentation had great attention to detail with roses and fruit. i found plush towels.
i experienced no hot water one morning. this happened three days in a row, and the water was lukewarm. i expect better from a hotel at this price point. i found the front desk staff passive-aggressive and condescending.
